ReplyDeletethere is a very thin line of difference among these.. its the individuals presence of mind to judge tat diff.. when u some one u know but couldnt talk to him.. he may feel he is arrogant did not even talk to me.. but he may be hesitating to start a conversation (i mean mohamatam.. dint get how to put it..) tat may also happen.. so its upon u & only u to understand this minute difference..
